Back to Broome to power up the camper, restock with food supplies and fuel, and get our last little dose of Broome bliss before hitting the Gibb River Road and heading east. The first time east since we left Sydney – the halfway point in our journey. Also our last chance to swim in the ocean, from here on in its all inland gorges and croc country wherever there is saltwater!
So we do exactly that. A divine sunset swim away from the crowds at North Riddell Beach where the red Pindan cliffs meet the ocean.
Note – Sadly Alex missed this swim whilst refuelling.
